《全日總結》恆指跌83點 成交980億元 內房股受壓

人行維持一年及五年期LPR利率不變，未如市場預期下調，內地股市下跌，港股反覆偏軟。恆指低開54點，早段在21,000點附近爭持，中午前升幅曾擴大至187點見21,214點，惟午市再度走軟，曾跌138點一度低見20,899點，全日跌83點或0.4%，收20,944點；國指跌69點或0.97%，收7,098點；恆生科技指數跌22點或0.54%，收4,134點。大市全日成交總額980.35億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入9,000萬及淨流出4.44億元人民幣。
LPR降息憧憬落空，內房股中國金茂(00817.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及萬科(02202.HK)各跌8.3%、9.7%及10.5%，中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及富力(02777.HK)各跌5.9%至6.9%。物管股碧服(06098.HK)跌10.7%，中海物業(02669.HK)跌5.6%。中資金融股向下，郵儲行(01658.HK)及招行(03968.HK)各跌3%及4.9%，中國平安(02318.HK)跌2.8%。
基建及建材股表現亦較差，中國中鐵(00390.HK)及中鐵建(01186.HK)各跌7.1%及5.8%，中建材(03323.HK)跌4.9%。
資源股受壓，江銅(00358.HK)及中鋁(02600.HK)各跌逾6%，五礦資源(01208.HK)挫10%。金價下跌，山東黃金(01787.HK)、招金(01818.HK)及紫金(02899.HK)各跌8%至8.7%。油價回落，中石油(00857.HK)跌2.9%。
科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.5%報362元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)跌0.9%報90.7元，小米(01810.HK)跌0.2%。美團(03690.HK)、京東(09618.HK)、快手(01024.HK)及百度(09888.HK)各跌0.6%至0.8%，網易(09999.HK)跌2.1%。
消費股上揚，潤啤(00291.HK)、萬洲(00288.HK)、蒙牛(02319.HK)、貓眼娛樂(01896.HK)及百勝中國(09987.HK)各升3%至3.4%。頤海(01579.HK)升4.5%。體育用品股李寧(02331.HK)股價升4.4%，花旗引述公司管理層指，維持今年營運指引。珠海與澳門口岸調整出境防疫要求，濠賭股上升，新濠國際(00200.HK)升5.1%，永利澳門(01128.HK)、金沙中國(01928.HK)、美高梅中國(02282.HK)及銀娛(00027.HK)各升2.7%至3.3%。
其餘藍籌股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.9%報53.95元，港交所(00388.HK)跌1.5%報326.2元。
