紫金礦業(601899.SZ)與仙樂都礦業簽署股權認購協議 將獲蒙古哈馬戈泰銅金礦項目45.9%權益
格隆匯4月20日丨紫金礦業(601899.SZ)公佈，公司於2022年4月19日與Xanadu Mines Ltd(仙樂都礦業公司，簡稱“仙樂都礦業”)簽署股權認購協議，公司擬分階段投資獲得仙樂都礦業合計19.9%股權，以及仙樂都礦業下屬Khuiten Metals Pte.Ltd.(簡稱“輝騰金屬”或“合資公司”)50%股權，進而擁有蒙古哈馬戈泰銅金礦項目(Kharmagtai)約45.9%權益。
仙樂都礦業是一家專注於在蒙古進行銅金礦勘探與開發的礦業公司，成立於2005年，在澳大利亞證券交易所和加拿大多倫多證券交易所上市。仙樂都礦業主要資產為3個勘探項目，包括位於蒙古南戈壁省的哈馬戈泰銅金礦高級勘探項目、紅山銅金礦高級勘探項目(Red Mountain)和黃山銅礦初級勘探項目(Yellow Mountain)，集中度高，資源量大，其中哈馬戈泰項目是旗艦資產。
哈馬戈泰銅金礦項目位於蒙古南戈壁省斑巖銅礦帶，距離烏蘭巴托約420公里。該區已發現多個斑巖型銅金礦牀，項目以南120公里為奧尤陶勒蓋(Oyu Tolgoi)銅金礦，項目以東170公里為查干蘇布爾加(Tsagaan Suvarga)銅鉬礦。根據仙樂都礦業2021年年報，哈馬戈泰銅金礦項目估算礦石量約11億噸，含銅約293萬噸，含金約780萬盎司(約243噸)，項目整體資源量較2018年有大幅提升。
哈馬戈泰銅金礦項目已完成概略研究，計劃採用傳統的露天開採和硫化物選廠加工，項目淨現值(NPV)為6.3億美元，投資回報率(IRR)為20%，投資回收期4年。該項目後續將投入2000萬美元，用18個月時間完成預可研，估算符合JORC標準的礦產儲量。
仙樂都礦業旗艦項目哈馬戈泰銅金礦礦體厚大，主礦體沿走向及深部呈開放狀態，增儲潛力大，項目離中蒙通關口岸近，有成熟的物流與銷售渠道。
公司認為，該項目資源量大，投資總額不高，有較大的開發潛力和前景，但礦山資源總體品位較低，開發環境和條件具有挑戰性(比如礦山缺水，周邊礦山開發面臨的困難該項目也可能遇到)。公司在低品位資源開發利用方面具有成功的實踐經驗和領先的技術優勢，有助於該項目的開發；公司通過分步投資，對項目進行深入研究，可以控制投資風險。
