港股異動 | 周大福跌5% Q4內地、香港和中國澳門同店銷售均下降
格隆匯4月19日丨周大福(1929.HK)跌6.4%,報12.64港元,總市值1264億港元。周大福4月13日公佈,截至今年3月底止第四季度,零售值增長8.5%,其中內地零售值上升11.5%;香港、澳門及其他市場零售值跌20.6%。第四季度,內地同店銷售跌11.3%;香港及澳門同店銷售下降21.9%。季內,香港同店銷售下跌39%,而澳門則受惠於旅客消費復甦及本地消費回穩而錄得27.9%的同店銷售增長。摩通發表報吿,指周大福截至3月底止第四財季營運數據遜預期,內地及香港同店銷售分別按年跌11%及22%。由於周大福今年首兩個月內地同店銷售按年持平,相信其3月同店銷售會按年跌逾30%,與同行相若。由於內地多個地區封城,該行預料這個走勢於4月持續。 摩通將周大福目標價由13.5港元下調至12港元,相當於2023財年預測市盈率16倍由於未見曙光,維持其評級“減持”。
