合景泰富集團(01813.HK)2021年預售額達1038億元 將繼續深耕大灣區、長三角,聚焦核心一二線城市
格隆匯4月18日丨合景泰富集團(01813.HK)公佈2021年度業績,期內預售額為人民幣1038億元,較2020年財年輕微增加0.2%;按權益合併收入為人民幣442.83億元,公司擁有人應占年度利潤為人民幣24.21億元,每股盈利為人民幣76分。
在當前形勢下,合景泰富集團將實施嚴謹務實的土地儲備策略。未來,合景將繼續深耕大灣區、長三角兩大經濟區,聚焦核心一二線城市。目前,兩個區域的土地儲備佔總土地儲備、可售資源佔總可售資源的比例分別為65%及82%。2022年,集團將推出多個“臻”系列高端豪宅項目,包括廣州臻溋•名鑄、廣州臻頤府等項目。
集團2022年總可售貨值為人民幣1600億元,其中,若按區域劃分,粵港澳大灣區佔比70%,長三角區域佔比15%,若按城市等級劃分,一、二線城市佔比95%。審慎穩健的土地投拓、優質的土地儲備以及集團城市更新項目的轉化,將合力支撐集團未來穩健的發展。
