日夜兼程不停歇，光明乳業領鮮物流跑出保供加速度
上海進入疫情防控的關鍵時期。在封控管理中，物流配送成為各類物資保障的關鍵環節。非常時期，光明乳業全力以赴，竭盡所能守護市民“奶瓶子”，旗下的光明乳業領鮮物流更是一支鐵軍，以基地為家，與時間賽跑，24小時日夜兼程，把光明乳製品安心放心地送到市民手中。
近期，不少市民通過“社區團購”的方式採購光明牛奶，由光明乳業領鮮物流將乳製品直送社區。於是，帶有“光明乳業領鮮物流”字樣的配送車夜以繼日地在工廠和各個社區之間穿梭，把“光明”帶給市民。
4月17日凌晨，在光明乳業馬橋物流中心冷庫內，配貨員工“全副武裝”，緊張卻有條不紊地忙碌着。他們將各類光明乳製品按訂單要求，分門別類整理，經過嚴格防疫消毒後，運送出廠。這樣24小時不停歇的工作節奏，已經成為疫情後光明乳業領鮮物流員工們的工作常態。
事實上，自3月下旬以來，馬橋物流中心因配合封控管理要求，僅剩60輛物流車可以進行乳製品配送。但是，員工們都知道，源源不斷的配送訂單背後，是市民對“奶瓶子”的期待。所以，面對巨大的配送壓力，光明乳業領鮮物流鐵軍以咬定青山不放鬆的韌勁，及時調整規劃路線，安排司機輪流頂崗補崗，做到既要速度也要安全：每天跑出約100車次，裝載配送500噸光明牛奶，送達約600個社區。
疫情期間，光明乳業領鮮物流基地始終燈火通明，熱火朝天，處處可見忙碌的身影和來回穿梭的物流配送車。作為乳製品運輸的大物流環節，光明乳業領鮮物流每天需要運輸1300噸左右的乳製品及生鮮產品，每天總車次約300趟次，行駛里程約2.2萬公里。然而，光明乳業領鮮物流也面臨着物流人員因臨時管控而緊缺的困境。目前，全市仍有約700名物流人員正配合防疫留在小區內，物流配送工作遭遇前所未有的挑戰。面對這一困難，光明乳業領鮮物流上下員工深知自己擔負着抗疫保供的重任，全力以赴為乳製品配送保駕護航。從3月1日開始，光明乳業領鮮物流開啟了人員與物流基地同在的抗疫新模式——近200名員工以基地為家，食宿均在基地。為增強抗疫保供韌性，光明乳業領鮮物流還組建了一支20人的黨員突擊隊，積極發揮黨員先鋒帶頭模範作用，創新工作方式，刷新抗疫保供配送加速度。
疫情面前，人人都是行動者。作為光明乳業保供環節中不可缺少的重要一環，光明乳業領鮮物流以“光明初心”“光明精神”和“光明擔當”守護市民“奶瓶子”。
