沃格光電(603773.SH)：與中麒光電擬在半導體芯片封裝基板和Mini/Micro顯示領域開展合作
格隆匯4月17日丨沃格光電(603773.SH)公佈，公司與東莞市中麒光電技術有限公司共同簽署《戰略合作協議》，雙方擬在半導體芯片封裝基板和Mini/Micro顯示領域開展合作，具體方式包括但不限於共同開發、標準制定、專利使用權互惠互利等方面，根據各自優勢共同推動研發項目的開展。同時，雙方將就關鍵元器件進行共同設計和開發(如分立器件基板等)，以降低物料成本。
甲方：東莞市中麒光電技術有限公司，乙方：江西沃格光電股份有限公司，合作內容如下：
1、甲方作為乙方需方，甲方在未來五年內向乙方採購質量合格且符合甲方要求的玻璃基板的金額不少於人民幣8億元，並不斷加深合作領域，提升合作份額。乙方給到甲方最優產品價格，雙方在每次簽訂合同時協商確定。乙方確保提供的產品全部為合格產品，產品質量標準以雙方簽訂採購合同時具體約定為準。
2、雙方同意，將對方視為自己的重要戰略合作伙伴，並在後續半導體芯片封裝基板和Mini/Micro顯示領域的市場推廣工作中優先使用乙方的封裝玻璃基板或其他相關產品。
3、根據合作項目的實際情況，合作雙方以更優惠的價格及更高的優先級別享受對方提供的研發與生產材料(如：甲方：Mini/MicroLED芯片，乙方：玻璃基板)，合作雙方有權利向對方提出小批量樣品免費打樣申請。
4、雙方可以就關鍵元器件進行共同設計和開發(如分立器件基板等)，以降低物料成本。
5、雙方將在半導體芯片封裝基板和Mini/Micro顯示領域開展合作，具體方式包括但不限於共同開發、標準制定、專利使用權互惠互利等方面，根據各自優勢共同推動研發項目的開展。
6、其他未盡合作事項，雙方可協商確定，另立補充協議。
中麒光電是廣東光大集團旗下專業從事研發、生產、銷售Mini/MicroLED應用產品的高新技術企業，總部設於東莞東城，擁有LED芯片加工、轉移、封裝和模組完整產業鏈。中麒光電自主研發Mini&MicroLED外延及芯片技術、封裝器件技術、QD全綵技術、AR/VR芯片技術、全倒裝COB工藝量產技術以及MIP工藝量產技術，目前已獲得200餘項專利。自主研發國際領先巨量轉移設備以每小時200萬顆芯片的速度領先業界，量產轉移良率大於99.999%。中麒光電目前已經在Mini/MicroLED點、線、面光源實現初步的產業化規模，並取得了行業較高的認可度和細分市場的市佔率。
此次公司與中麒光電開展戰略合作，有助於充分發揮合作雙方在核心材料和應用技術領域的互補性優勢，積極推動公司玻璃基板在Mini/MicroLED顯示和精密元器件以及半導體領域的應用,符合公司發展戰略要求。
此次簽署的戰略合作協議合作期限為5年，預計隨着項目的商用推廣，將對公司未來經營業績產生一定積極影響，影響程度須視具體項目的推進和實施情況而定。
