紫金礦業(601899.SZ)：責成烏後紫金積極配合司法機關或主管部門調查
格隆匯4月15日丨紫金礦業(601899.SZ)公吿稱，公司控股子公司烏拉特後旗紫金礦業有限公司(簡稱“烏後紫金”)近日經媒體報道存在無證越界開採等情形，已被烏拉特後旗公安局立案調查。
烏後紫金成立於2005年，主要開發內蒙古烏拉特後旗三貴口鋅(鉛)礦，擁有三貴口鋅(鉛)礦南礦段採礦權證(礦區面積為2.2797平方公里，有效期從2012年6月6日至2042年6月6日)，開採許可規模為1萬噸/日；擁有北礦段探礦權證(2005年獲得，之後進行多次延續，最新勘查面積為3.9平方公里，有效期至2021年12月7日，目前正申報探轉採手續)。截至2021年底，三貴口鋅(鉛)礦保有鋅金屬資源量175萬噸、品位2.38%，共生鉛金屬資源量38萬噸、品位0.54%。
經公司初步瞭解，三貴口鋅(鉛)礦南北礦段為同一礦體，烏後紫金於2012年申報南北兩個礦段合一的採礦權，因北礦段勘探程度較低，只取得了南礦段採礦權；烏後紫金於2012年對北礦段進行補充探礦，2013年9月獲得資源儲量備案證明，開始多次申報採礦權，因為礦業政策及人為等多種因素，北礦段一直沒有取得采礦權，2018年之前在探礦過程中對副產礦石進行了回收，存在以探代採及部分越界開採情形。
2021年度烏後紫金採選礦石量為278萬噸，鋅平均品位2.17%，鉛平均品位0.57%，生產精礦含鋅5.04萬噸，含鉛1.07萬噸，實現銷售收入9.04億元、淨利潤8744萬元，分別佔公司2021年度銷售收入0.4%、歸母淨利潤0.56%；截止2021年底，烏後紫金資產總額為22.75億元、淨資產11.79億元，分別佔公司資產總額1.09%、歸母淨資產1.66%。
目前，烏後紫金因被舉報涉嫌非法採礦，烏拉特後旗公安局已立案，相關部門已介入調查，違法違規性質和情形尚需有關部門確認。公司對此高度重視，已責成烏後紫金積極配合司法機關或主管部門調查，並在權屬企業全面開展依法合規檢查。
