JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)訂立Astaka Padu-JBB Kimlun結算協議
格隆匯4月14日丨JBB BUILDERS(01903.HK)公吿，於2022年3月17日，公司附屬JBB Kimlun與Astaka Padu訂立Astaka Padu-JBB Kimlun結算協議，據此，JBB Kimlun有條件同意根據MBJB總承包商協議以下列方式結算結欠JBB Kimlun及Astaka Padu應付的總金額為約24.8百萬林吉特的未償合約金額。
待根據Astaka Padu集團-JBB Kimlun對銷協議轉讓對銷物業後，該協議將結算AstakaPadu-JBB Kimlun對銷結算金額，並由Astaka Padu根據Astaka Padu-JBB Kimlun結算協議履行其餘下付款義務，即Astaka Padu-JBB Kimlun現金結算金額，未償合約金額將被視為已由Astaka Padu悉數及最終結算，而JBB Kimlun不得就MBJB總承包商協議向Astaka Padu提出任何性質的進一步申索。
於2022年4月14日，JBB Kimlun訂立JBB Kimlun-Kimlun結算協議，據此，JBB Kimlun有條件同意根據MBJB分包商協議以下列方式結算結欠Kimlun及JBB Kimlun應付的總金額為約24.5百萬林吉特的未償分包合約金額。
待Astaka Padu集團轉讓對銷物業及JBB Kimlun支付JBB Kimlun-Kimlun現金結算金額後，未償分包合約金額（即JBB Kimlun-Kimlun物業結算金額及JBB KimlunKimlun現金結算金額）將被視為已由JBB Kimlun悉數及最終結算，而Kimlun不得就MBJB分包商協議向JBB Kimlun提出任何性質的進一步申索。
通過進行Astaka Padu-JBB Kimlun交易，集團將(i)通過轉讓對銷物業結算AstakaPadu-JBB Kimlun對銷結算金額，即刻不再面臨與未償合約金額相關的部分信貸風險；及(ii)通過Astaka Padu有序支付現金，不再面臨與未償合約金額相關的其他信貸風險，這將改善集團日後的財務表現。
通過進行JBB Kimlun-Kimlun交易，集團將向Kimlun結清未償還貿易應付款項，這有利於集團維持與Kimlun的業務關係。未償分包合約金額支付安排亦令本集團靈活地結清未償還貿易應付款項，有利於集團維持穩健的現金狀況。
