格隆匯4月14日丨中裝建設(002822.SZ)公佈2022年第一季度業績預吿,公司預計實現歸屬上市公司股東的淨虧損為1000萬元-1450萬元,同比盈轉虧。
2022年一季度,全國多地新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情相繼爆發,疫情防控壓力嚴峻。公司嚴格執行國家以及相關區域的防疫政策,公司多地項目無法正常開工和復工,公司生產經營受到了較大影響。與此同時,建築材料等原材料價格受全球疫情、雙碳政策、地緣衝突等多重因素的影響上漲超預期,應付可轉債利息同比增加,對公司收入利潤產生較大影響。
