六福集團(00590.HK)上季零售業務同店銷售增長跌8%
六福集團(00590.HK)公布,3月止第四季度,集團零售業務之整體同店銷售增長為-8%。受到內地華南地區及香港疫情嚴峻的影響,香港及澳門市場同店銷售增長為-17%;零售銷售金額按年計有22%跌幅。香港及澳門第四季同店銷售增長分別為-15%及-20%,而1-2月份的同店銷售增長則分別為+4%及+27%,升幅主要由黃金產品銷售帶動。
今年首兩個月,內地自營店同店銷售增長為+29%,惟疫情於3月中旬急劇惡化,個別地區逐步實施封城措施,加上高基數效應,內地自營店於第四季同店銷售增長因此減弱至+5%。
