港股午評：恆指漲0.16%，煤炭等能源股強勢，中煤能源漲約7%創9年新高
格隆匯4月13日丨港股上午盤低開高走，恆指、恆生科技指數分別漲0.16%和0.14%。南下資金半日淨流入29.3億港元，大市成交額為505億港元。
盤面上，美通脹續創40年新高，黃金、有色金屬等大宗板塊齊漲，中國有色礦業大漲近9%領銜走高，紫金礦業漲超7%續刷階段新高價，煤炭股、石油股表現強勢，中煤能源漲約7%創9年新高；電子煙國標落地，華寶國際、思摩爾國際皆上漲；大型科技股多數上漲，快手、京東、騰訊走強。另一方面，醫美概念股跌幅居前，重型基建股、體育用品股集體疲弱，中國中車跌6%。
石油股普漲，中海油漲4%。歐佩克認為俄烏戰爭會削減世界石油需求和供應，表明該組織仍認為幾乎沒有必要改變其目前的增產政策。國際原油價格走高，WTI原油期貨站上100美元/桶，布倫特原油期貨站上105美元/桶。
黃金等有色股集體上漲，金價曾返1970美元。美國3月未季調CPI同比上漲8.5%，續創40年來新高，預期為8.4%，前值為7.9%。 太平洋證券發研報稱，金價有望突破新高達到2600美金/盎司。當下國際局勢緊張，俄烏衝突持續發酵，滯脹擔憂接力避險情緒，有望使得金價創出歷史新高，通脹-加息-衰退-降息循環有望在未來1-2年內上演，隨着加息落地，激進加息+快速縮表預期並未使得金價下跌，説明當下市場更願意定價未來的經濟衰退和明後年美聯儲的降息。
電子煙國標落地，思摩爾國際漲超2%。國家市場監督管理總局(國家標準化管理委員會)批准《電子煙》強制性國家標準，自2022年10月1日起實施。國家標準《電子煙》由TC144(全國煙草標準化技術委員會)歸口上報及執行，主管部門為國家煙草專賣局。市監總局在3月中旬發佈的《電子煙》二次徵求意見稿指出，不應對未成年人產生誘導性，不應使產品特徵風味呈現除煙草外的其他風味；電子煙煙具應具有防兒童啟動功能和防止意外啟動的保護功能。
思捷環球(0330.HK)續升8%創21個月新高，績後累漲35%。3月底公吿，2021年實現收入83.16億港元，同比增加839.66%，淨利潤3.81億港元，同比扭虧為盈。期內集團實施的成本控制措施帶來了正面的結果，網上商務業務也得到了增長。此外，公司預計批發業務在2022年將持續增長，預期零售業將會大幅改善。
榮昌生物-B(9995.HK)大跌11%創新低，遭機構唱空。大和報吿稱，考慮到與Seagen的分成收入低於預期，加上疫情對藥品銷售影響，下調榮昌生物今年收入25%，目標價由114港元下調至92港元。另外，公司管理層可能在今年下半年啟動針對膀胱癌而注射維迪西妥單抗(RC48)的臨牀試驗，該行認為其目標收入可能會低於預期。
