德聯集團(002666.SZ):擬使用不超2億元自有資金進行現金管理
格隆匯4月12日丨德聯集團(002666.SZ)公佈,2022年4月11日,廣東德聯集團股份有限公司第五屆董事會第九次會議和第五屆監事會第九次會議審議通過了《關於使用自有資金進行現金管理的議案》,為使公司及子公司在保證正常經營、資金安全的前提下,提高資金利用率、增加公司收益,最大化利用閒置資金,公司擬在最高額度不超過人民幣2億元的前提下使用閒置自有資金適時購買安全性高、低風險、穩健型的理財產品,同時在額度範圍內授權公司經營管理層具體辦理實施相關事項。
