格隆匯4月12日丨中國旭陽集團(01907.HK)公吿,於公吿日,董事會正式決議行使股份購回授權,在2022財政年度不定期最高總額港幣3億元於公開市場購回股份。公司將根據本公司組織章程細則、香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則、公司收購、合併及股份回購守則、開曼羣島公司法以及所有其他適用法律及法規進行建議股份購回。
董事會認為,建議股份購回可反映董事會對公司的長期策略及發展充滿信心。董事會認為,建議股份購回符合公司及股東的整體最佳利益。
