正榮地產(06158.HK)出現債務違約 內房股重現沽盤 碧桂園曾挫逾9%
港股今日(11日)午後跌幅擴大,科指急挫4.9%報4,206,以及各分類指數跌介乎1.1%至4%,拖累恆指午後低見21,206,現報21,222,急挫649點或近3%,成交額858億元。
正榮地產(06158.HK)出現債務違約,內房股重現沽盤,四大藍籌內房跌近3%至7.7%,其中中國海外(00688.HK)由近兩年高位回落,最低見25.5元,現報25.9元,回吐3.2%。碧桂園(02007.HK)沽壓最大,曾挫9.2%低見6.02元,現報6.12元,挫7.7%;旗下碧桂園服務(06098.HK)亦挫逾9%,現報36.35元。
中小型內房同受壓,合景泰富(01813.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)及寶龍地產(01238.HK)亦挫約9%至10%。此外,萬科(02202.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及綠景中國(00095.HK)亦跌介乎4%至7%。
正榮地產(06158.HK)公布,2020年5月票據下的835萬美元及2021年6月票據下的1,207萬美元的利息付款於今年3月10日到期應付,因上海封城和集團出現流動資金周期性問題,公司並未於本月9日寬限期的最後一天之前,就這兩項票據支付利息,構成違約事件。因此,公司預計其可能無法於2020年9月票據、2020年6月票據及2020年1月票據各自的寬限期屆滿前,支付1,286.25萬美元、830萬美元及1,141.88萬美元的利息。公司擬不遲於下月31日支付這五項票據各自的利息。
正榮地產今天曾低見0.7元,現報0.72元,挫10%,成交1.077億股;旗下正榮服務(06958.HK)低見0.97元,現報1元,挫11.5%。
