格隆匯4月11日丨知乎-W(02390.HK)發佈公吿，公司擬全球發售2600萬股股份，其中香港發售股份260萬股，國際發售股份2340萬股，另有15%超額配股權；2022年4月11日至4月14日招股，預期定價日為4月14日；公開發售價將不超過每股發售股份51.80港元，每手買賣單位100股，入場費約5232港元；瑞信、摩根大通、中金公司及招銀國際為聯席保薦人；預期股份將於2022年4月22日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
