景業智能(688290.SH)擬公開發行2060萬股 預計一季度營業收入約3500萬至3800萬元
格隆匯4月10日丨景業智能(688290.SH)公佈，本次擬公開發行股份2,060.00萬股，佔本次公開發行後總股本的25.00%，本次發行後公司總股本為8,240.00萬股。本次發行全部為公開發行新股，不設老股轉讓。
本次發行初始戰略配售發行數量為 309.00萬股，佔本次發行數量的15.00%，最終戰略配售數量與初始戰略配售數量的差額將根據“六、本次發行回撥機制”的原則進行回撥。回撥機制啟動前，網下初始發行數量為1,225.70萬股，佔扣除初始戰略配售數量後發行數量的70.00%，網上初始發行數量為525.30萬股，佔扣除初始戰略配售數量後發行數量的30.00%。
據悉，公司主要從事特種機器人和智能裝備的研發、生產與銷售，目前業務主要集中於核工業領域，核心產品為核工業系列機器人和核工業智能裝備等。報吿期內，公司核工業系列機器人業務收入和核工業智能裝備業務收入合計佔營業收入的比重分別為79.08%、81.21%和90.04%，因此，公司當前的收入結構對核工業依賴較大，公司業務發展與所面臨的核工業領域產業政策、核工業領域所面臨的政治、經濟、社會環境息息相關。公司主業聚焦於核工業領域，主要客户為中核集團下屬單位和航天科技集團下屬單位。
報吿期內，公司前兩大客户的收入佔比分別為77.68%、80.01%和71.06%，公司的客户集中度較高。公司對航天科技集團下屬單位的產品銷售，除少量產品為該客户自用外，大部分產品為間接銷售，即公司將產品銷售給該客户，該客户再將公司產品與其他零部件、模塊集成或組裝後銷售給中核集團下屬單位。報吿期內，公司對航天科技集團下屬單位的收入佔比分別為22.95%、33.57%和52.30%。
經初步測算，公司預計2022年1-3月營業收入約為3,500.00萬元至3,800.00萬元，同比增長約為580.04%至638.33%，預計實現歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤約為0萬元至200.00萬元，同比增長約為100.00%至127.40%，預計實現扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤約為-50萬元至150.00萬元，同比增長約為93.85%至118.44%，與上年同期相比，公司2022年1-3月淨利潤將實現扭虧為盈。2022年一季度的經營狀況將繼續保持增長趨勢。
