格隆匯4月7日丨索通發展(603612.SH)公佈,公司為充分發揮在石油焦領域的集中採購、全球採購優勢及行業相關技術經驗,抓住新能源產業鏈發展機遇,進一步提高公司綜合競爭力,經過詳盡調研,決定在甘肅省嘉峪關市嘉北工業園區投資建設年產20萬噸鋰離子電池負極材料一體化項目首期5萬噸項目,項目總投資約7.2億元;同時,公司以現金方式對全資子公司甘肅索通盛源碳材料有限公司增資2.83億元,並以其作為項目實施主體,負責該項目的建設。
