格隆匯4月6日丨AEON CREDIT(00900.HK)公佈,截至2022年2月28日止年度,集團實現收入10.50億港元,同比下降3.7%;公司擁有人應占年度溢利為3.43億港元,同比增長13.6%;每股基本盈利為81.81港仙,宣派末期股息每股22.0港仙,全年股息為每股44.0港仙,派付股息比率為53.8%。
年內,集團接納具有相對可觀交易量和╱或多分銷網絡的商户為新客户,大大增加了信用卡收單業務的規模。於該等商户中,公司已受永旺百貨新聘為信用卡收單機構,從2021年8月16日起為期3年。公司將主要負責處理各永旺百貨客户使用非AEON信用卡╱扣賬卡進行的零售購買交易(”非AEON卡收單交易“)。
