傑富瑞:投資者對馬斯克成推特(TWTR.US)最大股東反應過度
格隆匯4月5日丨傑富瑞科技行業分析師Brent Thill警吿稱,鑑於馬斯克這筆高達37億美元投資背後的理由尚不明確,推特(TWTR.US)的投資者可能對馬斯克成為最大股東一事“過於興奮”了。分析師稱,投資者需要看到該公司2023財年在營收和可變現每日活躍用户人數(mDAU)目標方面取得實質性進展。該行預計該股股價將保持窄幅波動,直到投資者對其新管理層執行公司長期目標的能力感到更放心。rent Thill重申了對推特的“持有”評級。此前美國(SEC的一份文件顯示,特斯拉(TSLA.US)CEO馬斯克持有推特7349萬股普通股,佔推特普通股的9.2%,這使得他成為了推特最大股東。受此消息提振,推特週一美股收盤漲超27%,迎來了自上市後表現最好的一個交易日。根據推特週一的收盤價計算,馬斯克持有的這些股份的價值已經達到36.72億美元。
