新地(00016.HK)料旗下12大商場第二季人流及營業額按季升幅達雙位數
新鴻基地產(00016.HK)宣佈,旗下12大商場(東港城、北角匯、上水廣場、將軍澳中心、Mikiki、PopWalk天晉匯、life@KCC、卓爾廣場、錦薈坊、荃錦中心、荃灣新領域廣場及屯門寶怡商場)將因應政府消費券計劃,推出跨商場、跨消費平臺通用的「消費券賞上賞」活動,各商戶並將配合消費券派發推出多種折扣或立減優惠。
新地(銷售及租賃)代理有限公司董事鍾秀蓮表示,歡迎政府再度推出電子消費券,認爲新一輪電子消費券能大幅刺激市民消費意欲,對商場是一大喜訊,有助銷情復甦,相信可吸納市民到新地12大商場消費,幫助商戶提升營業額,計及疫情逐步回穩,預計第二季人流及營業額百份比將按季回升,達雙位數升幅。
