收益減少乃主要由於(i)激烈的競爭導致集團向批發商作出的醫藥分銷收益下降;及(ii)爆發的新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)疫情在中國及其他國家蔓延,對集團的業務及經濟活動造成不利影響。
