格隆匯4月1日丨濱江服務(03316.HK)公佈,截至2021年12月31日止年度,實現收入13.99億元(人民幣,下同),同比增長45.7%;毛利4.50億元,同比增長51.3%;毛利率為32.1%,較2020年增長了1.1個百分點,5S增值服務毛利率較2020年同期上升16.3個百分點;公司權益股東應占純利3.22億元,同比增長46.5%;每股基本及攤薄盈利1.16元,董事會建議派發2021年末期股息為每股0.473港元,全年派息比率約為60%。

回顧2021年,集團保持了穩中求進的良好態勢,持續深耕長江三角洲地區,進一步擴張長江三角洲業務範圍,已在中國浙江省、上海市、江蘇省、江西省、海南省、廣東省及深圳市擁有共計133間附屬公司及分支機構,合約項目分佈在17個市。同時,集團在管建築面積及合約建築面積均有相當規模的增長。

截至2021年12月31日,集團的在管建築面積約29.9百萬方,同比增長50.1%。合約建築面積達到了49.8百萬平方米,同比增長40.3%,合約面積與在管面積的比值約為1.66,將為集團的業務增長提供強勁的支撐。

集團於2021年的平均物業管理費(報吿期物業管理服務收入除以報吿期期初及期末可收費建築面積的平均數)約每月每平方米人民幣4.3元(2020年為每月每平方米人民幣4.26元)。憑藉品牌及行業影響力,集團能夠收取反映集團的物業管理服務質量的較高物業管理費。於2015至2021年期間,集團上調物業管理費37次。
