融信服務(02207.HK)公佈年度業績 純利增加約40.5%至1.2億元 資本負債比率大幅減少至1.2%
格隆匯3月31日丨融信服務(02207.HK)公佈,截至2021年12月31日止年度,公司收益總額達約人民幣9.91億元,較去年同期增加約32.1%;毛利達約人民幣2.78億元,較去年同期增加28.7%;期間的溢利達約人民幣1.2億元,較去年同期增加約40.5%。資本負債比率由2020年12月31日的15.3%減少92.2%至2021年12月31日的1.2%。
於報吿期間:(i)物業管理服務所得收益約為人民幣475.9百萬元,同比增加約29.6%;(ii)非業主增值服務所得收益約為人民幣435.7百萬元,同比增加約18.3%;及(iii)社區增值服務所得收益約為人民幣79.3百萬元,同比增加約433.2%。
截至2021年12月31日,集團的合約項目數量268個,合約建築面積合計約為44.6百萬平方米,分別較截至2020年12月31日增長約27.6%及16.8%;在管項目數量177個,在管建築面積達到約28.9百萬平方米,分別較截至2020年年末增長約48.7%及45.2%。
2021年12月31日,集團的地理分佈已擴展至中國52座城市。獲益於“區域深耕,佈局全國”戰略,公司在海西地區和長江三角洲地區佔據穩固的市場地位。報吿期內,公司於海西地區和長江三角州地區的物業管理服務的在管建築面積分別約為15.9百萬平方米和6.2百萬平方米,分別佔總在管建築面積的54.9%和21.4%。報吿期內,在管項目達到177個,分佈在海西地區、長江三角洲地區及中國其他地區,共52座城市。
集團作為中國發展迅速的綜合物業管理服務商,未來三年,公司將以標準化、市場化、數字化及多元化為重點發展方向的同時,持續推行“1+N”發展戰略,以此提升傳統物業管理服務,尤其是對非住宅物業的服務,並進一步為住宅物業及多種非住宅物業提供多元化的增值服務。公司也將繼續擴大與獨立第三方的合作,以期均衡提高整體市場份額。
