遠大中國(02789.HK)2021年度未經審核合併業績：合併淨利潤1330萬元
格隆匯3月31日丨遠大中國(02789.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度未經審核合併年度業績，實現收入30.06億元(人民幣，下同)，同比增長9.87%；毛利5.57億元，同比增長23.32%；合併淨利潤1330萬元，上年同期為虧損6.91億元；每股基本及攤薄盈利0.21分。
因近期COVID-19奧密克戎病毒在中國大陸和中國香港爆發，集團截至2021年12月31日止年度的合併年度業績公吿的審核程序受到嚴重影響。因此，從公司中國境內各分支機構及辦事處收集審計證據需要更多的時間以及集團截至2021年12月31日止年度的合併年度業績審核程序受到延誤及截至公吿日期尚未全部完成，其中包括但不限於衍生金融工具的公允價值、合同資產及貿易應收款之預期信用損失、使用權資產及租賃負債的確認、保修撥備、所得税、或然負債、未償付法律索償撥備以及收入及成本的確認計量等。
敬請知悉，本未經審核合併業績公吿所呈列的數據可能受到(其中包括)集團的收入及銷售成本的確認、預期信用虧損模式下減值評估、衍生金融工具的公允價值評估、使用權資產和租賃負債的確認、所得税撥備及未償付法律索償撥備的重大影響。視乎審核完成後集團上述損益項目評估和確認的最終結果而言，合併損益表及合併財務狀況表的各項目或需據此作調整。
但為了讓公司股東及潛在投資者能瞭解集團業務營運及財務狀況，公司董事會決定刊發集團截至2021年12月31日止年度的未經審核合併年度業績公吿連同2020年同期的經審核比較數字。公司將於審核程序完成後(預計為於2022年5月31日或之前)，就取得公司核數師同意的截至2021年12月31日止年度的經審核業績刊發進一步公吿。
該公吿所刊發基於集團管理賬目的未經審核合併年度業績未取得核數師同意，但已經公司審核委員會審閲。公司將於知悉對未經審核合併年度業績有任何重大調整時作出適當公吿及披露。
