格隆匯3月31日丨CGII HLDGS(01940.HK)公佈，2022年3月31日，李立兵獲委任為公司首席執行官。
公吿顯示，李立兵，51歲，於2007年3月加入集團，於2019年12月13日獲委任為公司執行總監，主要負責集團日常營運及生產。加入集團前，於1992年8月至1995年6月期間，李立兵在唐山鋼鐵股份有限公司(現稱河鋼股份有限公司)下屬工廠“唐鋼氧氣廠”任職技術員，負責製氧技術管理。1995年6月至1997年10月期間，彼擔任唐鋼氧氣廠2#15000標準立方米╱小時機組籌備組組長，負責基建工程管理。1997年10月至2000年2月期間，彼擔任唐鋼氧氣廠運行三車間副主任，負責製氧生產與技術管理。2000年2月至2003年8月期間，彼在唐鋼氧氣廠生產科任職技術員，負責工藝管理與基建技改工程管理。2003年8月至2007年1月期間，彼擔任唐山鋼鐵集團有限責任公司(“河鋼唐鋼”)(現稱唐山鋼鐵集團有限責任公司能源科技分公司，為河鋼唐鋼的一間分公司)動力廠工程技術科眾多職位，並於2007年1月至2007年3月期間，彼擔任河鋼唐鋼動力能源部運行三車間主任。
加入集團後，於2007年3月至2010年2月期間，彼擔任唐山不鏽鋼有限責任公司分公司經理。於2010年2月至2016年2月期間，彼擔任唐山唐鋼氣體有限公司工程技術部經理。2016年1月至2018年12月期間，李立兵獲留任為製氧工藝技術專家，自2016年1月起一直為集團的技術業務開發總監。
李立兵於2017年11月因其專業經驗取得河北省職稱改革領導小組辦公室認證的正高級工程師職稱。
李立兵於1992年7月從中國上海機械學院(現稱為上海理工大學)取得製冷設備與低温技術專業本科學士學位，於2008年9月從中國天津大學取得機械工程專業工程碩士學位。
