重慶銀行(01963.HK)2021年度業績：實現營收增長10.37%、經營規模上檔升級及積極融入成渝地區雙城經濟圈建設
格隆匯3月31日丨重慶銀行(01963.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，實現營業收入142.29億元(人民幣，下同)，同比增長10.37%；淨利潤48.59億元，同比增長6.42%；歸屬於該行股東的淨利潤46.64億元，同比增長5.43%；基本每股收益1.28元。
鑑於截至最後實際可行日期，該行A股可轉換公司債券尚未完成全部發行工作，從股東利益和該行發展等綜合因素考慮，董事會建議延遲審議該行2021年度利潤分配方案，待此次A股可轉換公司債券發行完成後，儘快按照監管部門的要求與《公司章程》規定，進行利潤分配相關事宜。
經營規模上檔升級。截至2021年12月31日，集團資產總額6189.54億元，較年初增加573.12億元，增幅10.20%；貸款總額3180.62億元，較年初增加348.35億元，增幅12.30%；存款總額3386.95億元，較年初增加241.95億元，增幅7.69%。
經營結構持續優化。集團積極融入成渝地區雙城經濟圈建設，調整資產投放重點，拓展核心負債來源，信貸資產佔比、儲蓄存款佔比持續提升。截至2021年12月31日，集團客户貸款和墊款總額佔資產總額的比例提升至51.39%，較上年末上升0.96個百分點；儲蓄存款佔存款總額的比例為41.31%，較上年末提升2.57個百分點。
資本實力穩步增強。集團多渠道、多方式籌措資本來源，報吿期內通過A股IPO和穩定的利潤增長，資本結構進一步優化。截至2021年12月31日，集團核心一級資本充足率9.36%，一級資本充足率10.45%，資本充足率12.99%，較上年末分別增加0.97、0.88、0.45個百分點。
資產質量穩步向實。集團持續加強全面風險管理體系建設，加快化解存量大額問題授信風險，堅決築牢風險底線，不良貸款率和撥備覆蓋率保持在合理區間。截至2021年12月31日，集團不良貸款率為1.30%，較上年末提高0.03個百分點；撥備覆蓋率為274.01%，較上年年末下降35.12個百分點。
