阜博集團(03738.HK)公佈年度業績 經調整純利達6360萬港元 中國內地收入大增1355%
格隆匯3月31日丨阜博集團(03738.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司收入約為6.87億港元，同比增長約102%。該增加主要由於(a)公司於美國的業務持續增長；及(b)戰略及商業合作帶動公司中國內地的業務擴展所致。
毛利率由2020年的48.7%上升至2021年的50.8%，經調整淨溢利6360萬港元，上年同期虧損3328.6萬港元；按非國際財務報吿準則計算的經調整EBITDA為1.13億港元，同比增長458%。
公司於2021年的研發開支約為112百萬港元，較2020年的約52百萬港元增加約60百萬港元。該增加主要由於本年度進行更多研發活動，以及研發部門的員工人數由2020年的43人增加至2021年的141人所致。
於報吿期內，公司內容保護服務的收入約為177百萬港元，較2020年的內容保護服務收入增長約131%，而公司目前在管數以千萬計的視頻資產，並在全球逾數十萬個網站累計進行過千億次的視頻指紋搜索，且錯誤率為零。
於2021年，公司內容變現業務持續迅速增長。於報吿期內，公司來自內容變現服務的收入約為481百萬港元，較2020年來自內容變現服務的收入增長約102%。公司將不斷增強自身的技術、產品及服務能力，務求向客户及合作伙伴提供更豐富的變現解決方案。
中國內地已經成為我們的重點新市場。繼中國於2021年施行經修訂的着作權法及於十四五規劃中部署國家知識產權保護和運用規劃後，市場對數字內容保護的需求爆炸式飆升，帶動公司在中國的表現加速增長。過去12個月，公司在發展中國內地業務方面取得重大進展，在當地進一步壯大了團隊並推進戰略及商業合作。於2021年，來自中國內地的收入約為166百萬港元，佔集團總收入的24%，對比2020年來自中國內地的收入增長約1,355%。
除自然增長外，公司即將完成對粒子科技進行戰略性收購，該公司為中國領先的綜合視頻技術SaaS供應商，專注於視覺智能和數據智能領域，向頂級內容平台提供視頻分發及邊緣計算SaaS服務，向電信營運商、新媒體平台、有線電視營運商及互聯網服務供應商提供內容變現服務。粒子科技已於國內外建立200多名內容營運商客户和逾百個變現平台開展合作。結合粒子科技及其領先業界的團隊，公司處於把握中國數字內容資產生態系統龐大發展機會的有利位置。
