聯合能源集團(00467.HK)年度純利大增131.5%至20.01億港元 2022年資本開支預計達7.2-7.8億美元
格隆匯3月31日丨聯合能源集團(00467.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，藉助於油價復甦以及大規模的成本優化活動，公司營業額為74.37億港元，同比19.9%；毛利為33.57億港元，同比增長65.2%；計利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前的利潤為58.43億港元，同比增長31.2%；公司擁有人應占溢利20.01億港元，同比增長131.5%；每股基本盈利為7.63港仙。
淨利潤增加的主要原因是由於2021年新冠疫情緩解帶來作業水準的恢復、國際油價2021年對比2020年的大幅反彈和集團的伊拉克資產開始上產。
2021年，集團的原油和凝析油累計權益銷售量為1780萬桶，同比增長17.9%，其平均實現原油價格約為68.54美元/桶，同比上升77.7%，這主要是由於布蘭特原油價格上升所致。
2021年，集團累計權益天然氣銷售量為1600萬桶油當量，同比減少14.9%，集團平均天然氣銷售實現價格約為每桶油當量24.80美元，比去年同期下跌0.8%，天然氣銷售價格的下降主要是由於價格調整滯後。
集團於報吿期內計入銷售及服務成本約40.795億港元，集團投放約25.28億港元資本開支於石油勘探、開發及生產活動上，亦完成鑽探38口井，包括巴基斯坦資產24口井和中東及北非資產14口井。
截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團平均作業日產量達到約154,984桶油當量，較去年的平均作業日產量約151,330桶油當量增長2.4%；累計作業產量達到約5657萬桶油當量，較去年約5539萬桶油當量增長2.1%；同時，集團平均權益日產量達到約93,097桶油當量，較去年約92,786桶油當量增長約0.3%；累計權益產量達到約3398萬桶油當量，較去年約3396萬桶油當量保持基本穩定。
2022年，集團的平均作業日產量目標為16萬至17.3萬桶油當量，平均權益日產量目標為9.4萬至10.1萬桶油當量。資本開支預計達到7.2至7.8億美元，主要是用於支持集團的勘探、開發和工程建設計劃。集團將延續審慎的財務政策，通過優化勘探計劃和地面設施建設工期來儘可能管理資本支出的超支。同時，集團將優化各資產的工作量，保持合理的投資以確保收益。
