優然牧業(09858.HK)公佈年度業績 收入大增至153.46億元
3月30日，優然牧業(09858.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司實現收入153.46億元(人民幣)，同比增長30.3%；毛利46.94億元，同比增長30.3%；年內溢利20.21億元，經調整公司擁有人應占溢利20.4億元，同比增長49.1%。
報吿期間集團通過收購及自建牧場、飼料生產基地擴大了原料奶及飼料業務的生產規模。報吿期間，集團不斷推出特色生鮮乳及飼料產品的新產品。報吿期間，集團通過精益管理的有效推進提升了運營效率，促進單產進一步提升。
集團的原料奶銷量從截至2020年12月31日止年度的1,529,835噸增長至報吿期間的1,947,226噸，其中：特色生鮮乳銷量從截至2020年12月31日止年度的396,164噸增長至報吿期間的474,142噸。集團原料奶平均單價從截至2020年12月31日止年度的人民幣4.6元╱千克增長6.5%至報吿期間的人民幣4.9元╱千克。集團的奶牛存欄數量從截至2020年12月30日的308,195頭增長至截至2021年12月31日的416,196頭。
截至2021年12月31日，集團在16個省份運營73座現代化牧場。集團不斷擴大原料奶業務規模，增加新建牧場，截至2021年12月31日，集團已開始在內蒙古、河南、山東、安徽、新疆等地建設新牧場。報吿期間，集團投入運營3座新建牧場，其中包含一座6,000頭娟姍牛牧場。
單產方面，實現成母牛(除娟姍牛、恆天然中國牧場)年化單產從截至2020年12月31日止年度的11噸增長至報吿期間的11.4噸。集團利用基因檢測及育種技術，建立核心種羣，擴大高生產性能牛羣佔比；持續完善SOP飼養管理流程標準，提升員工標準化作業水平；着力改善牛羣舒適度，從防暑降温、防寒保暖、營養等方面持續提高牛隻福利；通過牛羣大數據管理系統，精準監控個體牛隻行為，從而有效保證牛羣健康；通過與飼料業務及育種業務的協同，從源頭保證為奶牛提供優質、高質量的飼料，改善牛羣遺傳改良，實現“好種育好牛、好料養好牛、好牛產好奶”的良性循環。
公司表示，在奶牛養殖進一步規模化趨勢下，集團通過與下游客户緊密合作，不斷增強各板塊業務有效協同效應，持續推進生產管理的數字化、智能化，不斷提高產能及單產水平，為消費者和客户提供高質量的原料奶、全方位的反芻動物養殖解決方案，提出到五年再造一個優然牧業的戰略目標，其中原料奶業務奶牛存欄達到80萬頭，飼料業務規模翻番，育種業務拓展胚胎和胚胎牛業務。不斷為客户、股東、社會創造價值，助力中國奶業振興。
