夢東方(00593.HK)年度淨虧損收窄至8.61億港元
格隆匯3月31日丨夢東方(00593.HK)公佈,截至2021年12月31日止12個月,公司收入為5120.8萬港元,同比增長170.18%;公司擁有人應占期內虧損8.61億港元,去年同期虧損約17.65億港元,基本每股虧損3.0146港元。
虧損主要歸因於(i)投資物業公允價值變動虧損3430萬港元,(ii)就物業,廠房及設備及發展中待售物業而確認的減值虧損分別為360萬港元及4320萬港元及(iii)財務成本增加至5.723億港元。確認的公允價值變動虧損及減值虧損是由於2021年COVID-19新冠疫情大流行期間商業物業市場氣氛受壓以及中國內地經濟增長放緩所致。此外,已計提結算費和若干建築承建商及貸款人的訴訟所產生的其他相關成本為8110萬港元。
