格隆匯3月30日丨東方證券(03958.HK)公吿，截至2021年末，集團資產總額人民幣3266.00億元，歸屬於公司所有者權益人民幣641.27億元。2021年，集團實現收入及其他收益人民幣285.63億元，增幅3.31%，歸屬於公司所有者的淨利潤人民幣53.71億元，增幅97.26%，加權平均淨資產收益率9.02%，同比增加4.17個百分點。基本每股收益0.73元。
公司實現收入及其他收益人民幣285.63億元，其中投資管理業務人民幣41.65億元，佔比14.15%；經紀及證券金融業務人民幣154.21億元，佔比52.38%；證券銷售及交易業務人民幣56.16億元，佔比19.08%；投資銀行業務人民幣18.06億元，佔比6.14%；管理本部及其他業務人民幣24.29億元，佔比8.25%。(分部業務營業收入、營業支出及其佔比未考慮合併抵消因素，下同)。
2021年，東證資管在發展中磨練內功、守正創新，管理規模實現新的突破。截至報吿期末，受託資產管理總規模人民幣3,659.29億元，相比期初增長23%，其中公募基金管理規模人民幣2,696.22億元，相比期初增長35%。公司以封閉產品作為客户長期投資工具，旗下長期封閉1權益類基金2規模約人民幣1,080億元，佔公司所有權益類基金規模的69%。
在資產管理業務收入方面，東證資管在券商資管中保持實力頭部的位置，2021年受託資產管理業務淨收入排名行業第1位(數據來源：中國證券業協會)。年內東證資管進一步加強投研體系能力建設，推動構建開放、多元投研平台；圍繞"更好的投資體驗"，全新升級品牌系統；堅持價值投資，強化主動權益、固收業務優勢，完善公募普通FOF產品線，整體完成大集合產品整改工作；持續打造完善的服務體系，通過近萬場"東方紅萬里行"系列客户活動，努力引導與陪伴客户理性投資、長期投資。
