格隆匯3月30日丨悦城地產(00207.HK)公佈,截至2021年12月31日止年度,營業收入總額人民幣123.13億元,其中,投資物業租金及相關服務收入人民幣40.56億元,同比增長13.1%;公司擁有人應占溢利人民幣5.92億元,同比下降46.4%。剔除投資物業的税後公允價值收益及匯率變動影響,公司擁有人年應占核心淨利潤人民幣5.52億元,同比下降33.4%。
年內,集團發揮自身優勢,確保投資物業、物業開發、酒店經營、管理輸出及其他服務四大板塊平穩發展。集團強化經營,取得了良好的業績。
年內,集團合約銷售金額約人民幣270.02億元,同比增長34.2%。合約銷售面積640,975.6平方米,同比下降約1.8%。平均銷售單價約為人民幣42,126元/平方米,同比增長36.7%。
年內,新型冠狀病毒疫情得到有效控制,對零售市場帶來積極正面影響,投資物業租金及相關服務收入總額約為人民幣40.56億元,較上年35.87億元增長13.1%。投資物業業務毛利率78.3%,與上年基本持平。購物中心、寫字樓收入佔比分別約為80%和14%。
未來,集團將順應行業發展趨勢,整合多領域資源,持續優化運營能力,引領行業發展。"十四五"期間,集團將堅持"輕重並舉"的商業拓展模式,並以輕資產項目發展為重要戰略方向,以一、二線與強三線城市為核心,加速輕資產商業項目擴張,實現更高質量的發展。
