美聯集團(01200.HK)年度純利1.002億港元 同比下降24%
格隆匯3月30日丨美聯集團(01200.HK)發佈年度業績公吿,年度實現收益60.01億港元,同比增長20.46%;公司擁有人應占溢利1.002億港元,同比下降24%;基本每股盈利13.96港仙。
公吿稱,受惠於香港政府推出的“保就業”計劃,集團於2022年的溢利因而增加。若撇除此一次過資助,集團於2021年的財務業績表現明顯較2022年改善,主要是由於本地樓市2021年上半年急速復甦,以及集團於香港的市場佔有率增加,帶動集團於2021年的收益創歷史新高,達港幣60億元。
