龍淨環保(600388.SH)：與福大紫金簽訂“氨-氫”能源“零碳”技術戰略合作協議
格隆匯3月30日丨龍淨環保(600388.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司龍淨新能源科技有限公司(“龍淨新能源”或“乙方”)於 2022年3月30日與福大紫金氫能科技股份有限公司(“福大紫金”或“甲方”)簽訂了《“氨-氫”能源“零碳”技術戰略合作協議》，雙方依託各自的優勢，結成長期合作伙伴關係，共同推動氨-氫能源轉換技術項目的技術研發、示範及推廣。
公吿顯示，福大紫金是由福州大學、北京三聚環保新材料股份有限公司、紫金礦業集團股份有限公司共同發起設立的綠色能源企業，註冊資本2.67億元。福大紫金藉助福州大學在合成氨及“氨-氫”轉化催化技術的領先優勢，推進綠色發展、循環發展、低碳發展，堅持產學研用融合，致力於打造國家級“氨-氫”能源產業創新團隊，做大做強做優綠色經濟，發展集綠氨產業、氫能產業及可再生能源產業於一體的“零碳循環”產業鏈。
合作內容：1、雙方將開展包括但不限於氨氫能源技術研發、氨氫能源技術科技示範、氨氫能源技術產品規模化生產及推廣應用等深層次合作。
2、雙方利用各自品牌及資源優勢，在氨-氫能源技術研發、產品生產及市場推廣方面展開合作，共同開發市場所獲取的產品、市場、客户信息及公共關系資源共享。
3、雙方同意，基於可再生能源、氫能和合成氨產業等技術優勢互補和戰略發展方向，共同積極爭取國家與地方政府的相關產業政策支持，實現項目成本最優化、風險可控，共同推進氨氫能源產業發展。
4、雙方同意，對於氨-氫能源項目信息，保持常態化的信息溝通。對於具體項目的合作形式、合作內容、要求與規定，應按為該項目簽訂的具體協議或合同執行。
在國家首個氫能產業中長期規劃出台的背景下，氫能產業的發展駛入快車道。乘着氫能戰略規劃的“東風”，此次合作協議的簽訂開啟了雙方開拓氫能“零碳循環”產業鏈市場的序幕，對公司積極尋求新能源產業相關業務佈局，全面培育新能源產業起到促進作用，為今後雙方持續在新能源領域合作共贏和高質量發展奠定堅實基礎。
合作協議的簽署及後續實施有助於加快推進公司在新能源領域的布局，依託紫金礦業在低温高效氨分解制氫和氨-氫燃料電池系統集成方面的技術積累，以及龍淨環保在工藝優化集成、自動化設計以及高端裝備設計和加工制造方面的優勢，共同推進氨-氫能源轉換項目的技術研發、示範及推廣，加速國內新一代零碳綠氫合成氨、氨分解制氫以及氫燃料電池產業鏈的發展。氫能源轉換項目未來將應用於分散式電源，應急電源替代，加氫站等領域，進一步拓寬公司新能源業務結構，推進公司戰略升級。
