三一國際(0631.HK)發佈2021年度業績 收入首次突破百億、淨利潤13.1億元

3月29日盤後，三一重裝國際控股有限公司(以下簡稱”三一國際“或”公司“；股份代碼0631.HK)公佈了2021年度業績。截至2021年12月31日，公司實現營業收入約101.9億元，同比增長約38.4％；淨利潤約13.1億元，同比增長約24.5%。
報吿期內公司銷售收入較去年同期增長顯著，主要由於：(1)智能化、電動化產品不斷推向市場，智能掘進機、電動正面吊、電動堆高機、電動寬體車等產品獲得市場廣泛認可，收入大幅增加。(2)寬體車、伸縮臂叉車迅速打開國際市場，國際銷售收入分別大幅增長155.1% 及439.4%，促使海外銷售收入大幅增加54.0%。(3)機器人業務收入 11.5億元、同比增長188.3%。
報吿期內，公司研發費用7.5億元，同比增長 67.9 %，研發費用率 7.4%。在無人礦車、智慧物流、智能產線、AGV、電動叉車等新業務領域，持續投入超過 1.6 億元。
公司研發力量向數字化、國際化、電動化傾斜，其中數字化人才增長 77%，國際化人才增長 50%、電動化人才增長80%。
報吿期內，公司產品競爭力和品牌影響力得到進一步提升，其中掘進機、堆高機、正面吊、繼續保持第一品牌；綜採、大港機市佔率持續提升。海外銷售再創佳績，實現收入21.0 億元，同比增長 54.0%，其中，歐洲、東南亞、美國市場分別增長95.7%、48.1%、42.1%，國際化收入佔比達到20.6%。產品全面向電動化、智能化升級，多款智能化、電動化新品上市，智能掘進樣板礦建設、礦車無人駕駛商業化運營等實現突破 。機器人業務快速增長，全年執行訂單96個；外部客户累計中標約1.7億元，成功開拓蜂巢能源、中車、五糧液等客户。
