《大行報告》美銀證券降金隅(02009.HK)評級至「跑輸大市」 目標價下調至1元
美銀證券發表報告指,金隅(02009.HK)公佈去年業績後舉行了分析員會議,確認了該行自去年11月底開始的審慎看法,主要因爲超過50%水泥需求與房地產相關、能源成本按年大幅增長,及今年更爲漸進的供應削減,不足以抵銷需求下跌。
美銀將金隅股份評級由「中性」降至「跑輸大市」,目標價由1.4元下調至1元,並將集團今年至2024年每股盈利預測由原來的0.24元、0.25元及0.28元人民幣,降至0.23元、0.24元及0.26元人民幣。
