《盈警響號》先施(00244.HK)料首十個月淨虧損最多7,800萬元
先施(00244.HK)公布,預期去年3月至12月底止十個月(2021年財政期間)的股東應佔淨虧損介乎7,500萬至7,800萬元,而收益約為1.4億元。公司截至去年8月底止六個月錄得股東應佔淨虧損約6,060萬元,而收益約8,020萬元。
公司此前已宣布,其財政年度結算日期已更改為2021年12月31日,而其下一份經審核綜合財務報表將去年3月至12月底止十個月期間。
按年化基準算,集團於2021年財政期間的最後四個月錄得的經營虧損少於2021年財政期間的頭六個月,有關減少主要是由於集團於2021年財政期間最後四個月錄得的經營百貨業務收益(按年化基準調整)較2021年中期的經營百貨業務收益(按年化基準調整)增加約12%;及集團的毛利率由2021年中期的50.7%上升至2021年財政期間的52.9%等。
