廣南(集團)(01203.HK)年度純利跌22.7%至5406.2萬港元 末期息1.5港仙
格隆匯3月30日丨廣南(集團)(01203.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年12月31日止12個月，實現收入48.56億港元，同比增長91.3%；經營溢利1.55港元，同比增長132.2%；股東應占溢利5406.2萬港元，同比下降22.7%，基本每股盈利6.0港仙，擬派末期息每股1.5港仙。
鮮活食品業務方面，在中國，2021年生豬行業產能及供應過剩，生豬銷售價格大幅下降，經營活豬養殖及銷售的兩間聯營公司的利潤較去年同期大幅下降，然而，本年新拓展的屠宰業務及國內凍肉貿易批發零售業務所形成新的利潤增長點抵銷了上述聯營公司利潤下降的部分影響，2021年活豬屠宰量超過49萬頭。收入為17.11億港元，較2020年增加324.5%；錄得分部溢利5870.4萬港元，較2020年減少48.2%。集團2021年整體供港活豬市場佔有率約為47%。
馬口鐵業務方面，行業競爭激烈，隨着國內疫情持續緩和，經濟逐漸復甦，馬口鐵需求逐步增加，加上大宗原材料價格上漲，通脹壓力上升致銷量及銷售價同比上升，利潤亦較去年同期增加。2021年馬口鐵產品的銷量較2020年增加3.5%，售價及原材料成本均於年內上升。收入為31.23億港元，較2020年增加47.6%；錄得分部溢利8494.3萬港元，較2020年增加877.3%。
物業租賃業務方面，2021年租金收入較2020年增加287.5萬港元，分部溢利較2020年減少171.2萬港元。集團所持有的投資物業價值下跌，2021年錄得投資物業估值虧損109.8萬港元(2020年：1680萬港元)。
聯營公司方面，因玉米原材料價格受大宗商品價格上升及養殖業擴產能消耗飼料大幅增加影響而上漲，同時下游企業對玉米澱粉需求下滑，玉米澱粉銷售價格下跌並出現與玉米原材料價格倒掛情況。因此，黃龍食品工業有限公司2021年主要產品單位毛利下跌，使虧損較去年同期增加，集團該年應占虧損為4670.1萬港元。此外，2021年活豬價格較2020年大幅下降，經營活豬養殖及銷售的兩間聯營公司利潤減少，集團該年應占兩間聯營公司的虧損合共2560.4萬港元。
