格隆匯3月28日丨申萬宏源香港(00218.HK)公吿,2021年,集團收入由2020年的8.35億港元,同比減少13%,至7.30億港元;2021年,集團錄得税前虧損1.18億港元,而2020年為税前溢利2.09億港元;錄得股東應占虧損9575萬港元,而2020年則錄得股東應占溢利1.76億港元,其原因主要是機構服務及交易業務的債券類產品預期信用損失撥備進一步增加所致,而該預期信用損失並非實際已發生損失。本次會計調整對本公司財務狀況影響輕微,本公司營運一切正常。
收入減少,這主要源於下半年境外中資美元債券市場疲弱的表現,拖累了機構服務及交易業務。
