福祿控股(02101.HK)公佈年度業績 GMV增長46.5%至213.18億元 成功入選為抖音虛擬類目的首家優質服務商
格隆匯3月28日丨福祿控股(02101.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司收入3.99億元人民幣，同比增長21.7%；毛利2.95億元，同比增長13.4%；非國際財務報吿準則計量經調整年內利潤1.7億元，同比增長11.2%，董事會建議截至2021年12月31日止年度的末期股息為每股0.176港元。
生活服務板塊是公司2021年的亮點板塊，收入從2020年的人民幣0.24億元增長68.9%至2021年的人民幣0.41億元。實現快速增長的原因：首先是拓展新品，如餓了麼、美團、奈雪的茶、KEEP、京東卡券；其次是新成立推廣聯盟中心，由福祿遍佈全國300多個城市的自營團隊及合作伙伴，為阿里巴巴、美團、字節跳動、百度等互聯網頭部企業，以及中信、平安等金融機構提供高效精準的線上線下獲客服務，其業務涵蓋社區團購、電商、出行、短視頻、金融、遊戲等領域。
通信板塊的收入由2020年的人民幣0.47億元增長72.4%至2021年的人民幣0.81億元，增長原因是由於我們拓寬下游消費場景和提高佣金率。
截至2021年12月31日止，公司GMV為人民幣213.18億元，較2020年人民幣145.53億元增長46.5%。其中生活服務GMV為人民幣15.55億元，較2020年度人民幣6.54億元增長137.7%；文娛GMV為人民幣55.76億元，較2020年度人民幣25.56億元增長118.1%；通信GMV為人民幣128.57億元，較2020年度人民幣95.03億元增長35.3%。
在直播電商方面，2021年公司成功入選為抖音虛擬類目的首家優質服務商，自營店鋪GMV在抖音的整個虛擬類目中排名TOP3，娛樂充值類目連續多個月排名TOP1（其中騰訊視頻位列娛樂充值類目第一），合作的抖音達人超過400位；達人帶貨實現快手虛擬類目首個單場破人民幣100萬的記錄；2021年公司在直播電商運營的旗艦店有11個，自播賬號粉絲達到了19.73萬人。
隨着中國數字經濟市場的持續發展，公司已關注到元宇宙的興起，意識到元宇宙將大大促進數字商品市場的繁榮。因此，在2022年度中，公司將持續跟蹤元宇宙的發展進程，及其商業運營的機會，並提前佈局例如NFT的應用等相關賽道。公司相信，隨着福祿在數字經濟市場的影響力逐步擴大，公司可以為更多人創造更美好的未來。
