格隆匯3月28日丨榮陽實業(02078.HK)公吿,截至2021年12月31日止年度全年業績,年度的收益約18.55億港元,同比增加2.04%;公司擁有人應占虧損約為3.41億港元,而去年同期則錄得溢利約為9.21億港元,包括有關出售增城土地的一次性收益17.42億港元以及一次性開支2.13億港元; 每股基本虧損為28.4港仙;公司並無於截至2021年12月31日止年度派付或宣佈派發任何股息(截至2020年12月31日止年度:無)。
於年度內,整體收益有所增加,主要原因為東南亞市場銷售額持續增加以及澳洲銷售額增加,抵銷了中國收益減少。於年度內,澳洲收益增加乃由於COVID-19爆發後復甦效應所致。中國收益減少乃主要由於減除邊際利潤低的客户所致。
