青島啤酒股份(00168.HK)2021年度淨利升43.3%至31.6億元 擬10派11元
格隆匯3月28日丨青島啤酒股份(00168.HK)公佈截至2021年12月31日止年度業績,報吿期內,公司實現營業收入人民幣301.7億元,同比增長約8.7%;實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤人民幣31.6億元,同比增長43.3%。基本每股收益為人民幣2.328元,擬派發現金股利每股人民幣1.10元(含税)。2021年,公司共實現產品銷量793萬千升,其中:主品牌青島啤酒實現銷量432.9萬千升,同比增長11.6%。
報吿期內,公司堅定不移地推進"青島啤酒主品牌+嶗山啤酒第二品牌"的品牌戰略,順應國內啤酒市場消費升級趨勢,深度挖掘市場多樣性的消費需求,豐富公司產品矩陣,持續優化產品結構,加快佈局高端和超高端市場。報吿期內,青島啤酒高檔以上產品共實現銷量52萬千升,同比增長14.2%,公司千升酒營業收入同比增長7.2%,保持了在國內啤酒中高端市場的競爭優勢。2022年初公司新研發上市的藝術典藏超高端產品-青島啤酒"一世傳奇"繼續引領了國內啤酒產業消費升級的新高度。
在國際市場,公司着力強化更具國際化、互動化的品牌傳播、推廣與渠道創新,通過豐富產品線及一系列內容新穎、形式多樣的品牌推廣活動,鞏固提升海外傳統優勢市場,拓展全球市場分銷覆蓋,2021年在全球疫情對消費市場形成嚴重影響的背景下,青島啤酒實現海外市場銷量同比增長11.2%。
報吿期內,公司加快數字化轉型,提升協同效應,積極構建以科技創新為引領的全局性、系統性創新新引擎,在行業內建立了"基於數字化端到端解碼的魅力感知質量管理模式",數字化智慧供應鏈等新興業務建設也取得新成效,實現了由傳統運營轉向數字化、智能化運營的新突破,通過技術與產業融合深度實踐取得了管理效率的持續優化提升。
