諾德股份(600110.SH):擬使用8億元向子公司增資 用於惠州聯合銅箔電子材料有限公司三期擴建項目等
格隆匯3月28日丨諾德股份(600110.SH)公佈,公司擬使用募集資金78342.83萬元及自有資金1657.17萬元對全資子公司青海電子進行增資(增資額全部計入註冊資本),由青海電子置換先行投入公司全資孫公司惠州電子的註冊資本3億元后,再向惠州電子增資5億元(增資額全部計入註冊資本),用於“惠州聯合銅箔電子材料有限公司三期擴建項目”以及置換預先投入的自籌資金。
此次增資完成後,青海電子的註冊資本由265,754.1914萬元變更為345,754.1914萬元,惠州電子的註冊資本由7億元變更為12億元。
