美的置業(3990.HK)一度漲7%創6個月新高,去年營收增長超4成
格隆匯3月28日丨美的置業(3990.HK)盤中漲7%,月內漲幅超32%。盤中最高報15.36港元創6個月新高價,總市值185億港元。
上週五晚公吿,公司2021年營業收入同比增長40.4%至737億元,增幅主要由於確認銷售面積的增長及銷售單價的提高。
在盈利方面,期內融資成本和有息負債總額均有所下降,利息支出減少,同時集約化管理導致管理和銷售費用率均同比下降,截至報吿期末,公司毛利同比增長15.8%至135億元。
此外,公司與中國農業銀行簽署220億戰略合作協議。
