正榮地產(06158.HK)以約1.56億人幣向合營夥伴悉售佛山項目51%權益
正榮地產(06158.HK)公布,向四川新希望房地產開發以約1.56億元人民幣,出售合營項目佛山市南海區裡水鎮草場居委會地段51%股權。買方原擁有項目49%股權。集團目前擬將出售事項所得款項用作償還現有債務。
項目地塊的總佔地面積約32,937平方米,規劃作住宅及零售用途。合營企業的項目已基本竣工,所有樓宇已完成封頂,且約三分之二的可出售物業已售出。出售事項完成後,集團將不再持有項目任何權益,而目標公司將不再作為集團的附屬公司入賬。
