格隆匯3月25日丨中國通海金融(00952.HK)公吿,於2022年3月25日,轉讓人(中國通海財務及China Tonghai Guaranteed Return
Segregated Portfolio)及受讓人EBG Capital Holdings Limited訂立轉讓契據,據此,轉讓人已有條件同意出售而受讓人已有條件同意購買銷售貸款,代價為3.21億港元,其中約1.99億港元歸屬於中國通海財務於融資下向借款人借出的1.66億港元。
