格隆匯3月25日丨建發物業(02156.HK)公吿,截至2021年12月31日止年度,公司收入約為人民幣15.6億元,同比增長約51.3%;本年度毛利率約為25.0%,按年提升0.5個百分點;公司權益持有人應占溢利約為人民幣1.59億元,同比增長約50.2%,董事會建議以現金派發末期股息每股股份0.06港元(2020年︰無)。

本年度,集團的社區增值及協同服務收入約為人民幣2.54億元,同比增長約110.8%。該增加主要由於管理面積的增加致使客户羣不斷擴大以及公司不斷豐富社區增值及協同服務業務,例如,積極發展尾盤銷售代理服務及家政服務、推進家居美化服務,並持續優化網上購物平台建發物業甄選;同時,快速發展養老及健康增值服務及智能社區服務。

截至2021年12月31日,公司的合約建築面積約為73.9百萬平方米,合約項目數量489個,分別較2020年12月31日增長約56.6%及48.2%;截至2021年12月31日,在管建築面積達約33.0百萬平方米,在管項目數量280個,分別較2020年12月31日增長約28.9%及27.9%。

截至2021年12月31日,公司的489個合約項目覆蓋中國16個省、直轄市及自治區的49個城市,在管項目280個,覆蓋26個城巿,逾200,000個物業單位。
