格隆匯3月25日丨贏家時尚(03709.HK)公佈,截至2021年12月31日止年度,公司收益為人民幣63.55億元,同比增長19.34%;毛利為人民幣47.38億元,同比增長21.17%,毛利率升至74.56%;母公司擁有人應占年內溢利為人民幣5.64億元,同比增長24.55%;基本每股盈利為人民幣83.7分,擬派末期息每股48港仙。
公吿稱,截至2021年12月31日止年度,集團收益增至人民幣63.55億元,較截至2020年12月31日止年度增加19.34%。集團的直營零售店產生的收益佔其總收益的78.53%,而電子商貿收益達人民幣7.57億元,佔其總收益的11.91%,主要產生自自有電子商貿平台EEKA時尚商城以及天貓商城及唯品會等第三方電子商貿平台。
於2021年,集團開設了452家新零售店(其中311家為直營店),關閉了247家零售店(其中175家為直營店),淨增加了205家零售店。
集團是中國中高端女裝行業中唯一能達到雙品牌銷售收益超過人民幣13億元的時裝集團。其兩個主要品牌Koradior 及NAERSI 均躋身行業品牌前十。Koradior elsewhere、La Koradior、NAERSILING、NEXY.CO、CADIDL 等品牌銷售額普遍在人民幣3至9億元之間,且公司於2019年推出面向更廣泛人羣、滿足更多元需求的FUUNNY FEELLN。作為品牌集羣企業,公司集團化運營突出,已建成內生性多元化的中高端品牌矩陣。
於2021年12月31日,集團擁有2,041家零售店,遍佈32個不同省市、自治區及直轄市。其中1,558家由集團直接營運,其餘483家由集團的分銷商以其七個自有品牌進行經營。在1,558家直營零售店中,1,024家零售店設於百貨公司,217家零售店設於購物中心,245家零售店設於特賣場,38家零售店設於臨街店舖及34家零售店設於機場。
