格隆匯3月25日丨金輝控股(09993.HK)公吿,2021年合約銷售額約為人民幣947.2億元,合約銷售面積約579萬平方米,合約平均售價約為每平方米人民幣16,359元。收入約為人民幣400.2億元,較2020年同期上升約14.8%。公司擁有人應占利潤約為人民幣32.7億元,較2020年同期上升約4.7%。董事會建議末期股息每股普通股0.16港元(相當於人民幣0.13元),須待股東於2022年股東周年大會上批准後方可作實。
加權平均債務成本為6.58%,較2020年同期下降0.89個百分點。於2021年12月31日,已收客户按金(合約負債)約為人民幣724.6億元,同比增長約4.9%。
截至2021年12月31日止年度,集團新增30幅土地,規劃建築面積389.5萬平方米,涉及13個一線、強二線重點城市,其中包括:北京、寧波、紹興和泉州等城市,主要集中在長三角和東南區域。
截至2021年12月31日止,金輝控股土地儲備總建築面積達3,319萬平方米,其中97.7%位於強二線及核心三線城市,為未來穩健而高質量的增長提供堅實基礎。
2021年,集團在房地產開發板塊穩步發展的同時,進一步夯實商業辦公及酒店業務的佈局。2021年4月,北京金輝時八區項目正式亮相,以5A甲級硬件條件,着力打造前沿產業孵化平台,成為推動地區經濟發展的新引擎。金輝時八區定位為智能製造產業園區,加速京津冀一體化建設,與已形成規模的望京CBD、中關村產業區、豐台科技園等區域共同構成北京城市級產業鏈。
集團將不斷完善住宅、商業、酒店、辦公以及綜合體等多類型物業的業務佈局,助力城市配套服務提升,推動城市美好發展。
