海螺型材(000619.SZ)：中文證券簡稱擬變更為“海螺新材”
格隆匯3月25日丨海螺型材(000619.SZ)公佈，2022年3月25日，公司第九屆董事會第十七次會議審議通過了《關於變更公司名稱及證券簡稱的議案》，該項議案尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
變更前，公司名稱(中文)為“蕪湖海螺型材科技股份有限公司”，公司名稱(英文)為“Wuhu Conch Profiles and Science Co.,Ltd.”，證券簡稱(中文)為“海螺型材”，證券簡稱(英文)為“Conch Profile”；
變更後，公司名稱(中文)為“海螺(安徽)節能環保新材料股份有限公司”，公司名稱(英文)為“Conch （Anhui） Energy Saving and Environment Protection New Material Co., Ltd.”，證券簡稱(中文)為“海螺新材”，證券簡稱(英文)為“Conch New Material”。
近年來，公司認真貫徹落實國家新發展理念，順應國家實施建築節能和注重環境保護的政策導向，堅持走綠色、低碳發展之路。公司不斷加強產品創新，推動塑料型材產品轉型升級，提高產品的節能系數，由其製作的塑料門窗在生產、使用過程中以及回收再利用方面都具有明顯的節能環保優勢。積極拓展太陽能光伏邊框、支架等產品，向光伏新能源產業鏈條延伸。同時，公司已成功切入 SCR 脱硝催化劑行業，該產品是國家鼓勵發展的大氣污染治理環保產品，是目前工業上應用最廣的脱硝技術中的核心產品，是國家治理火力發電廠、鋼鐵廠、水泥廠等固定源和汽車等移動源對大氣排放氮氧化物污染物的重要手段之一。
目前，公司產品由早期單一的塑料型材，逐步擴展為塑料型材、新型鋁材，節能門窗，生態地板、生態門、生態家居等全屋定製類產品，SCR 脱硝催化劑，光伏邊框、光伏支架等太陽能光伏配套產品，產業發展圍繞新型綠色建材和環保新材料雙主業深入推進，轉型新產品營收佔比逐年提升已達 37%。
此次擬變更公司名稱及證券簡稱與公司主營業務相匹配，有利於投資者準確理解公司行業定位，提升公司品牌認知度和行業影響力，符合公司未來整體發展戰略，不存在利用變更名稱影響公司股價、誤導投資者的情形，符合相關法律、法規及《公司章程》的相關規定，符合公司的根本利益，不存在損害公司和中小股東利益的情形。
